HOW I ESTIMATE THE PROJECTS...

My rates depend on the difficulty of the task and how many hours are involved. I have worksheets for different types of projects or I will discuss with you how long it should take.

After an estimate is established, additional comps or revisions after approvals are billed by the hour. This way I keep the total cost down for the client instead of including these things in the estimate.

My current rate is 75/hr, though it's negotiable if you have a good enough reason.
